TG, referring back to the link to the Citroen specific OBD2 pinout in your post of Thurs 13th Feb, the PIN 14 (CAN Low) has a description “J-2284 / K-Line Central door locking system”. I only just realised the potential relevance of this – or it could be just coincidental. As follows:
Posted March 26, 2023. You should have a locking wheel nut key, otherwise you will find it hard to remove the locking bolt. Try looking in the car boot, any cubby holes, the dash area. You should also have a yellow plastic tool that is used to pull off the chrome bolt covers. Citroen will sell you a spare wheel/tyre/jack/wheel nut brace.

The parts are expensive from Citroen: Sealed Switch (most Picassos) 6554ZZ £32.26. Handle with unsealed switch 8726V7 £43.10. However, I found a Peugeot Citroen dealer selling a kit of handle fitted with sealed switch for £49.45 (including 1st class post). Not cheap, but still over £25 cheaper.
