1) Set idrive to "Intense" by pushing the button in the center of the temp control dial. 2) Set center knob button to Auto. 3) Turn on AC. 4) Turn on Recirculate. How it looks on idrive screen: Top (face) bar goes to 0 notches. Center (chest) bar is up to max setting. Bottom (foot) bar is at about 5%. This will cause a lot of cold to blast, and

Most describe it as a groaning or moaning sound from the system. Most say they can only hear it in the car, not under the hood, and the sound suddenly stops when the AC is shut off. I.E. 60 degrees outside, AC off, temp selector on blue - get about 60-65 deg F air coming out of all vents. -Turn AC ON and the driver's side door vent gets cold, and every vent to
Use contact cleaner on the connectors and and then reseat them. About an hour. Then tackle the blower assembly if needed. 1. Electrically disconnect the heater valve (you might need to pull the cross brace and driver's side engine air intake to get there). Then I took it for a drive, AC on, set to vents and floor, both sides at 60 deg. Result, both footwells got extremely hot air. This means the valve defaults to the open position.
