An issue board can show you the issues your team is working on, who is assigned to each, and where the issues are in the workflow. To let your team members organize their own workflows, use multiple issue boards. This allows creating multiple issue boards in the same project. I can confirm that our app Deep Clone for Jira is able to clone issue hierarchies like Epic - Issues - Subtasks. You simply have to. Select the Epic you want to clone. Click Deep Clone in the issues action menu. Select "Epic Clone" and configure your clone. You can also see how it works in this Epic Clone demo video. 2. Bulk edit the tickets to change the workflow to move them back to the backlog. 3. Open up the Backlog view. 4. Drag the tickets out of the sprint into the backlog (this clears the sprint field) 5. I can see on your screeshoot that you're reffering to the Epic Panel no the board itself. To remove the epic from this list you have to change the EpicStatus field to Done. You can do this from the Epic Panel->Select the issue->Click the small Square/triangle icon->"Mark as Done"
The default duration of issues depends on the timeframe setting on your timeline. If your timeline is set to: Weeks - your issues will be 7 days long. Months - your issues will be 14 days long.
