Try checking your key bindings, and possibly reconfiguring if necessary. I wouldn't even know what to rebind there. It seems to be hardcoded to have the right stick as camera. Funnily enough, even the looking around with the numpad keys doesn't work. It looks like the cabin camera seems to be broken completely.
